The Miniaturist

Amsterdam of the XVII century. Young provincial Nella Ortman comes to her husband in a new house, whose residents greet the girl unfriendly. Later, the husband gives his wife an unusual gift - a perfect miniature copy of their house. Nella orders dolls and decor from a miniaturist - a mysterious artist whose tiny creations seem alive and foretell the future. Nella realizes that the dwellers of the house are in danger and only one person sees what will happen to them in the future - a miniaturist who will either save or ruin their lives.
